Windlass breaker location in R40

In a attempt to pull anchor last week neither the helm control or the manual operated control at the pulpit would actuate the windlass. The control 5A fuse is Ok, but must be a breaker somewhere between the house battery and the windlass motor? Any ideas to where the breaker might be located? . My boat have a bow thruster so the windlass is feeded form the thruster battery. We were able to retrieve the anchor manually.
One interesting trouble shooting is to be close to the windlass and push the manual button, the relay makes noise.
Thanks

Because you have the bowl thruster and the windlass is powered by its battery, I have few suggestions of location:
1) Under the bed close to the bowl thruster battery,
2) Port side where the relay is located ( the manual points to the location of the relay )
Given the high amperage, it is very unlikely that Bavaria routed the wire towards the fuse panel under the stairs or the engine room.

Im trying to add a Lewmar V700 windlass to Varekai 3251. The chain locker is in the starboard bow so thats where the windlass is going. Ive run the wires from the starboard bow locker behind the medicine chest, below the starboard setee, below the electric panel, under the starboard stairs and into the starboard cabin electrical cabinet. I think the windlass circuit breaker should go in this cabinet because its very close to the batteries. However, the breaker provided by Lewmar is a panel mount and everything in the electrical cabinet is surface mounted.
Where did the factory place the windlass circuit breaker for a starboard windlass? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
