Selden mast, boom and vang of Cruiser 41

I need to change the gas spring of the vang ( Selden Rodkicker ).

I have a Bavaria 41 Cruiser
Serial: D97232
CIN: DE-BAVJ41E9B414
Selden furling mast, boom and vang

Please let me know
1 - if my rodkicker vang is type 10, 20 or 30?
2 - which gas spring do I need to buy in order to replace the old one:
