Engine starting problem

I have a Bav 33 2015.
When I press the engine 'start' I never know if the engine will start or that I just get a 'click'. The battery tested good, the starter with solenoid was removed, dismantled, cleaned and inspected. No fault was found and it was bench tested and found good. It was re-fixed to the engine and I still have the same problem.
I had the domestic batteries tested at the same time. One found good, one found half good and another failed. Does anyone know why Bavaria fir 'start-stop' batteries as domestic?
