Bavaria 31AC waste tanks

I am planning to cruise the Aegean Coast of Turkey later this year in my year 2000, 31AC Cruiser. Under Turkish law, it is illegal to discharge black and grey water in Turkish waters and all boats must be fitted with black and grey waste water tanks which must be pumped out at designated disposal points when in port. My boat does have a black water holding tank but without a pump out facility and does not have a grey water tank. Does anyone have recent experience of sailing in Turkish waters? Are the waste disposal regulations enforced and if so is there a quick fix for me to meet the requirement to store and pump out waste water?
